Shipping & Returns

Order Tracking

If you are having trouble checking your order status please contact 24e via email or call our store (1877-274-6724). 

Freight: We use Hepdirect for all freight packages, unless otherwise notified. 
Ground: We use USPS, UPS, and Fedex 

Delivery

Delivery dates and rates are not guaranteed, but if stated, are based upon the best information available on the item and location. If more than one visit is necessary to compete a delivery an additional fee equal to the original delivery charge will be added. If the delivery date needs to be rescheduled by 24e or its customer, 7 days notice should be given to prevent additional charges. Upon cancellation of order once a delivery has been attempted the delivery fee is non-refundable. All damage claims occurring from a 24e delivery must be reported upon receipt, to delivery personnel immediately and DELIVERY REFUSED. You most note "DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL"on the freight slip in writing. (Please contact shipping provider directly regarding any potential claims and or problems arising from shipping)

Shipping and Processing fees

We can ship to virtually any address in the nation. However note that there are restrictions on some products, as well as potential limitations with national destinations. Please visit our Shipping and Returns page.

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. 

Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. 24e will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes.

Shipping costs are subject to vary, depending on the destination and item. Shipping rates are not guaranteed, but if stated, are based upon the best information available; and unless otherwise stated in writing, are subject to change without notice. All merchandise shipped that is not warranted or guaranteed without purchase of insurance is not the responsibility of 24e, except in the case of flawed or erroneous shipments. Without purchasing insurance for items purchased at 24e, the customer is responsible for all damages incurred during shipment. Liability for in-transit damage is the responsibility of the shipping company on insured items, and all claim procedures must be initiated independently by you, the recipient. 

INSPECT THE SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY, as all damage claims must be reported upon receipt of goods. In the event an item arrives broken, please keep the item and all packaging materials in its original carton with the shipping label. Items received damaged

Every shipment is insured via the shipping provider in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit(Please contact shipping provider directly regarding any potential claims and or problems arising from shipping). We request that you inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If your item(s) are damaged, print "Damaged Upon Arrival" where you sign for the items and refuse delivery. After delivery is refused, and the shipping company has been notified we will file a claim and send you a replacement product as soon as possible. If product is accepted with damages, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the proper carrier. 

This Web Site and all Content available on this Web Site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge, by your use of this Web Site, that your use of this Web Site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of this Web Site, and that 24e shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this Web Site.

Returns/Refund

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Merchandise purchased from 24e must be returned within 10 days of delivery accompanied by original receipt. No cash refunds are given; instead a store credit will be issued. Nothing will be returned that is on sale at the time of purchase. All sale items are final. No returns, deductions, adjustments, etc. will be accepted by 24e without authorization of manager or owner. Returns received and not pre-authorized will be subject to restocking fees. Non-stock items and special orders are not returnable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Returns should be properly packed and sent at the customer's expense, to: ADDRESS . Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited.

Actual cost of shipping item to you will not be credited or refunded. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 10 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 10 days of delivery will not and cannot be processed.

24e nor the shipping provider are responsible for the cost of shipping on returned items.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.
