Chef Roberto paired slivers of imported zucchini with his Vidalia Onion Relish (absolutely amazing), as well as fried beets and goat cheese on top of their homemade bread, topped with the ultimate game changer - his Raspberry Jalepeno Jam. He also discusses his products a bit more in-depth, giving suggestions for pairings and elaborating on ingredients.
