Homemade relishes, jams, and olive oils all to die for. They're absolutely delicious and perfect for any event or get together you're having. Your dinner guests will be raving about the Vidalia Onion Relish (absolutely phenomenal on Pork Tenderloin, or something as simple as fresh zucchini stuffed with parmigiana ricotta) or the equally on-point Raspberry Jalepeno Jam (I had this last night atop thinly sliced, fried beets and creamy goat cheese atop a bed of arugula. I don't even like beets. It was incredible.)
